An unconventional design solution evolved which addressed the client’s desire to have an authentically detailed traditional stone manor house with a contemporary swimming pool building annexe.

Detailed research and technical coordination was required to achieve the traditional outward appearance while meeting current design codes and performance standards.

We worked very closely with the specialist stonework and metalwork fabricators to ensure the design had visual authenticity, with slim stone mullions and fine bronze detailed windows supported using modern methods of construction.
