Rob Taylor
Rob studied his Masters degree in Architecture at Edinburgh University, graduating in 2005 before moving to London. He has since worked for architectural practices with a common thread of the classical design language. Rob believes in the importance of drawing to understand, develop and resolve good design in collaboration with the project team, particularly where historic buildings are concerned.
He has experience delivering projects in a range of sectors including high-end residential, hospitality, school and collegiate, healthcare, and rehabilitation, many of them in historic settings. In recent years Rob has gained more experience on heritage projects and his move to Purcell follows his developing interest in heritage construction.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys visiting Rutland where he grew up, undertaking natural conservation projects there.
