Jonathan Deeming
Jonathan is the acting regional partner for the North UK. He has worked with Purcell since 2006, gaining valuable job-running experience working alongside senior members of the practice, while also realising the value of keeping up to date with contemporary developments.
Driven by the challenge of enhancing the best of the historic environment, he has established a reputation for leading complex projects for his clients, often establishing long-term relationships with their buildings and communities. A personable, collaborative approach underpinned by a thirst for scholarly understanding brings a fresh, contemporary perspective to the practice. Jonathan advises the practice on technical matters through his role on Purcell’s Conservation Leadership Group.
He is Surveyor to the Fabric of Canterbury Cathedral; he has also worked on projects at Newcastle Cathedral and Durham Cathedral, and Drapers' Hall in London.
