Associate
We are growing our team and seeking an experienced Delivery Architect at either Senior or Associate level to join our Manchester Studio. This position offers the chance to contribute to a variety of prestigious cultural and heritage projects across the north west of the UK.
The role is primarily studio-based, requiring 4 days per week in our Manchester Studio. As such, candidates should be based within the Greater Manchester region.

We are eager to connect with architects at Senior or Associate level who possess strong design and presentation skills, a passion for delivering high-quality work, and proven expertise in working with historic buildings and sites. The ideal candidate is well-organized and competent delivering work packages at all RIBA stages, demonstrating excellent technical and construction knowledge. We are committed to a sustainable future for heritage buildings and the successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to deliver thoughtfully designed, progressive architectural responses.
You will take an active part in identifying, securing and delivering new projects across a wide range of sectors including public, cultural, prime residential and higher education. With many of our projects currently at the construction stage, your focus will be on hands-on technical delivery while also supporting and assisting other team members.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience.
- Proven expertise in project delivery and management.
- Strong design, technical, and conservation skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK Building and Planning regulations.
- Demonstrated experience across all RIBA stages.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- AABC or RIBA SCA/CA accreditation is desirable.
- Proficiency in BIM/Revit is essential.
- Highly organized with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
- Proven ability to take responsibility for the financial success of projects with strong commercial awareness.
