Administrator (Maternity Cover)
We are seeking a full-time experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to support our Oxford studio and ensure the office works effectively and efficiently. With support from and reporting to our Regional Studio Manager, the role has a wide remit from knowing what’s going on with projects, along with an excellent all-round understanding of facilities and office management processes. The successful candidate needs to be diligent with a hands-on approach along with the ability to be adaptable and collaborative with excellent multitasking.

Your key responsibilities will be as below, but not limited to:
- Act as the ‘go to person’ for all employee and office needs.
- Front office duties, including meeting and greeting visitors and answering calls.
- Purchasing stock and stationery for the studio
- Administration support to the team e.g. booking travel, printing reports & drawings, filing, document control/uploading drawings to the client portal etc
- Support our project leaders with fee and resource management by supporting gour Regional Studio Manager during monthly project reviews by making updates using our internal project management software (Rapport).
- Facilities management
- Support in implementing and maintaining business procedures
- Booking meeting rooms
- Providing new employees with induction and health & safety information
- Competent in all Miscrosoft 365
- Numerically proficient Previous experience in an Office Management role
- Flexible and able to prioritise
- Experience of working in a busyenvironment with frequent interruptions.

- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Eager to learn and develop Collaborative team player
- Experience in meeting and maintaining ISO standards is desirable but not essential.
