Leamington Spa Town Hall gets planning and listed building consent

Purcell's proposals for Leamington Spa Town Hall have been granted planning and listed building consent. As well as refurbishing the fabric, we will improve accessibility, deconstruct a later extension, replacing it with a more conducive extension to house upgraded toilet facilities.

Internally, we will sensitively transform key spaces to incorporate a public exhibition space, a shop, flexible multi-use spaces, and an improved reception and orientation area.  

The proposals will safeguard the future of this much loved Grade II listed building, bringing value and benefit to the local community, with greater sustainability, inclusivity and accessibility at the heart of these upgrades
