Purcell appointed to Bath & North East Somerset (B&NES) Architectural Design Services Framework (ADSF)
Purcell are delighted to have been appointed to the Bath & North East Somerset (B&NES) Architectural Design Services Framework (ADSF).
As one of six architectural and conservation practices on the framework, we are excited to work closely with B&NES Council on a four-year pipeline of projects in and around the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
With strong in-house experience in heritage, conservation, design ingenuity, sustainability and delivering social value, Purcell are also partnering with established local landscape architects, ecologists and planning consultants to deliver the role.
It is likely to involve work on both existing and new buildings such as schools, libraries, care homes, council offices, sports and leisure facilities, housing and museums, as well as public realm and landscaping. The framework will cover a range of services including brief writing, masterplanning, feasibility studies, outline proposals, detailed proposals, planning submissions, and coordination across all RIBA stages.
Projects will be led from the nearby Bristol studio, who are well placed to bring value to the Council’s estate, and supported by Purcell’s wealth of national expertise.
